Brief History
Paracon was founded in 1995. Due to its success and rapid expansion in both the local and international markets it was listed on the JSE in 1999 as Paracon Holdings Limited.
Since listing, Paracon continued its robust growth path by acquiring a number of businesses ranging from business solutions providers to resourcing specialists.
Paracon delisted from the JSE on the 1 December 2011 and is currently a wholly owned subsidiary of Adcorp.
