Capacity Outsourcing 

Supplying some 23 500 assignees daily to our clients

Established in 1983, Capacity Outsourcing has grown from a small operator to a significant player in providing companies with all their staffing requirements.

Working through its national network of 23 urban branches and 12 rural offices, Capacity Outsourcing is able to assist all potential clients, no matter where they might be based in South Africa.

The company provides tailor made staffing solutions to such diverse sectors as mining, manufacturing, food manufacturing, construction, printing, petrochemical, explosives, warehousing, distribution and retail industries.

Capacity Outsourcing specifically focuses on blue and grey collar solutions and supplies around 23 500 assignees daily to its clients. The skills range from unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled workers including artisans. The company has a database of 40 000 potential assignees.

The company is a level 2 BBBEE contributor on the DTI score card, thus allowing its clients to claim 125% procurement spend.

The company is affiliated to the Confederation of Associations in the Private Employment Sector (CAPES), a representative body for employers of a-typical employees and private employment agencies in South Africa. CAPES facilitates interaction with all stakeholders at the highest level on behalf of Association members.
