Acquisition of specialized staffing business, Staff U Need 

Adcorp, announced on Monday, April 21, the acquisition of specialized staffing business, Staff U Need for an amount of R210 million. Staff U Need specializes in providing skilled and semi-skilled labour to the power generation industry including Eskom and certain of its subsidiary companies involved in the maintenance and construction of power stations. The acquisition will further entrench Adcorp’s position as the leading provider of staffing solutions in the South African market. The acquisition is subject to Competition Commission approval.
